Off-Duty app for iPhone and iPad

Off-Duty is an evidence-informed mobile application designed for use by firefighters receiving counseling services from a healthcare professional. Firefighters can download this app to their mobile device to be used as a treatment companion during therapy to promote skills learned in session.
